Kitchen remodels with the finish date in the contract
Most kitchens take six to ten weeks on site, after four to six weeks of design. The price and the finish date are set before the old cabinets come out.
4.9 on Google · 52 reviewsBefore demolition
Cabinets take eight to twelve weeks to arrive, so everything is ordered and checked before demolition. Your kitchen isn’t torn out while a part sits on back order.
While we work, you get a temporary kitchen with your refrigerator, a microwave and a sink, usually in the dining room or the garage.
Every kitchen includes
- Measured drawings and 3D views
- Plumbing and electrical by licensed trades
- Permits pulled and closed in our name
- A temporary kitchen while yours is built
- Dust walls between the work and the rest of the house
Questions
Can we stay in the house?
Almost everyone does. The kitchen is sealed off with dust walls, an air scrubber runs all day, and the crew uses one door.
Do you supply the cabinets?
Yes, from three cabinet lines at different prices, or we install ones you’ve bought. Counters are made by a fabricator in Henrietta we’ve used since 2009.
What does a kitchen cost?
Most of ours have come in between $45,000 and $90,000. Cabinets and counters are usually about half of it.
Planning a new kitchen?
Design takes four to six weeks, so a kitchen for next spring starts with a visit this winter.
